Supporting Mental Health in Our Community
At AVHS, we see firsthand how important mental health support is for our veterans and their families. It’s not just part of what we do, it’s at the heart of everything we believe in.
That’s why we’re excited to share something special from one of our own. Dr Dan Pronk, an ex-service member and part of our AVHS family, has created resources that we genuinely believe can make a difference. His Triple Bundle combines practical tools for building resilience for yourself, your kids, and your daily life.
We’re giving away 2 bundles, personally signed by Dr Dan with a message for the recipient.

2. Eligibility
- Open to Australian residents aged 16 years and over
- Employees of AVHS and their immediate families are not eligible
- One entry per person
3. Entry Period
- Giveaway commences on the date of this post
- Entries close 11:59 PM AEDT on Monday, 1st December 2024
- Late entries will not be accepted
4. How to Enter

- Comment on the giveaway post nominating a friend or family member who could benefit from The Complete Resilience Bundle
- Tag the nominated person in your comment
- Ensure your Instagram/Facebook account is public or we can view your entry
5. Prize
- Two (2) Complete Resilience Bundle prize packs valued at $99.95 each
- Each bundle includes: The Resilience Shield, Building Resilient Kids, and The Resilience Journal
- Each bundle will be personally signed by Dr Dan Pronk with a message to the recipient
- No cash alternative available
- Prizes are not transferable
6. Winner Selection
- Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries
- Winners will be announced within 48 hours of the competition closing
- Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message and must respond within 7 days
- If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected
7. Prize Delivery
- Prizes will be posted to Australian addresses only
- Winners must provide a valid Australian postal address
- AVHS is not responsible for lost or damaged prizes in transit
- Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery
8. Privacy
- Personal information collected will be used solely for this promotion
- Information will be handled in accordance with AVHS Privacy Policy
- Winners consent to their name being announced publicly
